# Access your account inbox

> Open the inbox for a purchased PSN account using your order ID and account email.

Open the inbox for the account you bought. Do this before anything else, because it's how you get to read the PlayStation emails for the account. You only need to do it once per account.

Once you're in, the inbox stays open. That's the same inbox you refresh later in [Change your account details](/account-billing/email-access/change-account-details).

  <Step title="Choose An Account">
    Go to [modding.psntools.com](https://modding.psntools.com). On the **What did you buy?** screen, click **An Account**.

  <Step title="Fill in your order details">
    You land on **Access your account inbox**. It asks for two things: an **Order ID** and an **Account email**.

  <Step title="Copy your order ID and login email">
    Open your order. Copy the **Order ID** at the top, then copy the **Login** email under Account details.

  <Step title="Access the inbox">
    Paste the order ID and the account email into the two boxes, then click **Access Inbox**.
