# Team & Support

> Meet the admins, moderators, and support team behind PSNTools — on the website and in our Discord server.

Here's who keeps PSNTools running. If you need help, head to our [Discord server](https://discord.gg/Mz3cQjq9qw) and ping or mention the moderators in the help channel.

## Admins

Admins run the PSNTools Discord server and website. They handle server-wide settings, membership management, major announcements, and oversee the rest of the team.

## Moderators & Support

These team members moderate the Discord server and help users with questions, account issues, and tool errors. They handle both roles together.

## Join the Team

Want to help out? Members who are active and regularly help others in the community get promoted to **Contributor** first. After some time — and a discussion with the mod and admin teams — contributors may be promoted to Moderator.
