Messages Remover clears PlayStation messages and conversations from your account in bulk, rather than deleting each thread by hand on the console. How many you can remove per month depends on your membership tier.
Make sure your NPSSO cookie is fresh before using PSNTools. Sign out of PSN and sign back in if needed. NPSSO guide here.
Removals are permanent. Deleted messages can’t be restored from PSNTools or recovered through PlayStation support.
